Diabetic Assistance Program:

Obejective to help decrease the amount of low income Diabetics on insulin, by providing them key foods they could not afford during the month. Help with Nutritionalist, and exercise programs.

This program will also help people who have a high risk of getting diabetes. Giving them infomation on symptoms, risks and concerns, importance of exercise and teaching children to live and eat properly.

The program hopes to get donations for financial assistance as well as equipment donations to provide patients with proper scales to weigh food as well as log blood sugar levels.

Today I want to tell you about a new service in the works! D.A.P.- The Diabetes Assistance Program. This program is designed to help Diabetics and Seniors buy food and equipment needed to control their Sugar levels naturally. 

This program will help those Diabetics purchase testing equipment as well as scales to Weigh their foods. I will also help with education, Nutrition, and prevention issues for those at high risk for Diabetes.
